• 1 cup low-fat vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup fresh blueberries
• 1/2 cup chopped peaches
• 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
• 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. For a thicker smoothie, freeze the blueberries first. You can also add a few ice cubes to the mix. Makes 2 servings.
