• 1 Pineapple, peeled and cored 1 lemon
• 1 cup chopped fresh Cilantro 1 lime
• 1 1/2 tbsp ground chipotle chilies 1 cup Tequila
• Salt & Pepper to taste

Cut the pineapple lengthwise into 8 wedges. Place in sealable plastic
container. In a small bowl, stir together the cilantro, tequila and chipotle.
Pour into the pineapple. Cut lemon and lime in half, squeeze out
some juice and put them in with the pineapple. S&P to taste. Marinate
for at least 1 hour turning at least once.
Preheat grill to medium heat, oil your grate. Grill wedges for
4-5 minutes on each side. Slice in pieces, serve with toothpicks. Enjoy!
