What's New At Grindstone Farm

The website is open for shopping.

Orders must be finalized by Monday, February 20th at noon and will be delivered on Thursday, February 23rd.

Special of the month: Eggs, $2 per dozen! No Limit! Price is below cost due to overabundance, still.

Please remember to bring boxes, egg cartons and freezer bags back to your drop off site. Our drivers will pick them up when they make the next delivery. By purchasing these reusable items we save money which helps us keep costs down.

Bob’s Red Mill organic pancake mix and quick rolled oats have now been added to our line of foods.

Ground Turkey in 4 pound packages is marked down $.25 per pound. A coupon discount of $1.00 will be applied when you place the order.

Chicken breast is now on the website in weight portions instead of priced by the pound. This is because customers were confused about ordering a quantity versus a weight. The same is true for turkey drumsticks and turkey breasts. Hopefully this will clear up some issues.

Remember that feedback is very important to us. We appreciate our customers letting us know when things are good and bad. After all we can’t fix a problem if we aren’t aware one exists.

The Grindstone Farm Team

About the food we grow and sell: We are farmers committed to sustainability. Grindstone Farm, LLC. has been a NOFA-NY Certified Organic grower of fruits and vegetables since 1988. In addition, we raise non-certified, “all natural, pasture raised, free range” livestock. As our marketing and distribution capacity has grown, we've added products grown by other local farmers. We have helped other farms become organic. We know our customers want to eat year-round - and our employees need a paycheck year-round - so we decided to supplement with “non-local” organic food from a wholesale source as needed. This combination works for us. We hope it works for you too. We are committed to providing source identified sustainable food to customers, and a sustainable living to ourselves and our local farm partners. Thank you for supporting community agriculture.
