We at Grindstone Farm know you care about local eating, so we have created this group on Wholeshare to open the door to Regional Access’s wholesale products. This site operates a bit differently than your Grindstone account, in that you can order bulk items, but you can also initiate a “split” of a bulk item so that you are buying only what you can handle.

- 1 bunch arugula, coarse stems discarded and the leaves washed well and spun dry (about 8 packed cups)
- 2 cups thinly sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded radish
- 3 tblsp olive oil
- 1 ½ tblsp fresh lemon juice
- Parmesan curls formed with a vegetable peeler
In a large bowl combine the arugula, the mushrooms, and the radish, drizzle the oil over the salad, and toss
the salad gently. Sprinkle the salad with the lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste, toss it, and serve it topped with the Parmesan.
3 apples, peeled, cored & chopped
1 medium sweet onion, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
2 teaspoons lemon or lime juice
1/4 cup flaxseed or olive oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Mix all the ingredients together and serve with your favorite chips, or on grilled veggies! If you like your salsa a bit smoother, place half of the mixture in a food processor or blender for a second or two and add back to mixture. From: Institute for Integrative Nutrition
20 sm. potatoes, cooked
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
4 boiled eggs, chopped
3 chopped apples
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped dill pickle
Mix these ingredients. 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 3 tsp. salt
Mix well; add to first set of ingredients. Mix well.
